If you want to keep an email messages from getting seen by the wrong set of eyes A new feature in Gmail allows you to Keep your email messages private.
To use the feature make sure you are using the updated version of Gmail. Create your message and click the new Confidential Mode Icon. You can set an expiration date that will make the email disappear after a certain amount of time. The recipient will not have the option to forward, copy/paste, download or print the message.
For extra privacy you can set a passcode that the recipient must enter in order to read the email. The code is texted to the recipient.
If you are sending sensitive information, this is an effective way to protect your content.
