Emily asked: What does Google know about me?
Google uses the information it learns about you to target advertisements based on your search history, sites you visited and content in your emails. To see what Google is tracking, log into your Google account.
You can log into Gmail, Google + or YouTube to be “logged in”. In your search bar enter google.com/history. This takes you to a page that shows you a timeline of your online activity.
You can see what sites you have visited, your search history and even your Location history if it activated. If you feel like the information is too invasive, you can modify the settings under Activity Controls.
